The worst part about moving out of state was that we had to end our time with our nanny through Jovie, Cyndi. Cyndi is AMAZING. She goes above and beyond the call of her duties. She became like a part of our family. We were so lucky to have her for the year we did. The next family that gets Cyndi as their nanny will be so fortunate to have such a thoughtful, kind, and caring nanny.
We've had a great experience using Jovie for the last few years, Linda (the owner) is SO responsive, resourceful, and helpful. She and her whole team really listen carefully to our requests and always work magic to make sure we have good care solutions in place. In the past, finding childcare would always feel very stressful, especially as I have a medically complex kiddo, but the Jovie team has helped take so much of that stress away and we can trust they'll connect us with empathetic, well trained, fun sitters each time we use them.
We’ve been using Jovie for almost 3 years. Our wonderful nanny, Sage, is amazing and I can’t imagine life without them. Sage is very attentive with our twins and is a huge reason why our boys were READING at 2.5 years old. Like, for real reading, not just their ABCs. Another great thing about Jovie is that whenever Sage is sick or has a conflict, the office works really hard to find us a replacement so we are never without childcare. All of their nannies are top-notch and have been great. I highly recommend Jovie of Barrington!
