We have used College Nannies and Sitters for many years and would highly recommend them! Convenience, safety and access to their pool of qualified caregivers are the top reasons we like them. My wife and I have busy work and travel schedules and have found that College Nannies makes it easier to coordinate everything than trying to do this on our own. We have had summer nannies with them as well as frequently used their sitter service. We have even used other College Nannies locations when traveling.

When we first signed up with CNST, we had one infant. Given our VERY unusual work schedule, we knew it was going to be difficult to find child care that met our needs (10-15 random days per month working long shifts and late evenings). The CNST Lakeville team really stepped up to get us the child care coverage we required. The sitters were great! In the very rare event a sitter became unavailable on short notice, the team sprung in to action to find a suitable replacement, even reaching out to other CNST offices if needed. The team at CNST Lakeville has had our back at all times, and their communication is outstanding! Email responses are quick, and the app makes scheduling a breeze. Once our second child came along, CNST helped us find a more permanent nanny. She has been working with us for few months now and is doing a wonderful job! I absolutely recommend CNST Lakeville/Prior Lake to anyone searching for child care options, whether it be a night off from time-to-time or longer shifts for working parents. These folks are great!
